NIH PAP 2007への反応

　アメリカ出版者協会，国際科学技術医学出版社協会がそれぞれ先月法制化されたNIH PAP 2007（注：便宜的にこう呼びます。正式なものではありません）に対して，緊急のお知らせを出していました。今回の決定を非難する内容で，NIH PAPが科学出版や関連知的財産権に与える負の影響について引き続き議会に呼びかけていくこと，新しい方針を実施する前にパブリックコメントの機会を与える等の手順をNIHに求めることなどが書かれていました。Suber氏はそれぞれのリリースに対し，反論を載せています。
